America is said to be hopelessly divided and in the midst of a “political crisis.” The only “crisis” afoot is that created by those who wish to extinguish individual liberty and force conformity to their views and submission to their power. The only unique factor in the current environment is that all the opponents of liberty are flailing wildly at the same target. That target surprisingly is not Donald Trump. He is the most visible representative of the target, but he is not their real enemy. The real enemy is the American people.
We the People have begun a principled insurgency against progressive tyranny that will go on for many years. Perhaps it is only fitting that this liberating struggle began a full century after this nation made a fateful turn toward the insidious progressive illusion of a socialist utopia. Donald Trump was elected because he is the visible expression of the complete repudiation that America has with the ruling political class embodied by both political parties, establishment media, and societal elitists.
All of these forces are now united against anything that Trump does, and are mounting an all-out effort to not just defeat him politically, but destroy him personally. Whether one likes the President or not, we all need to see that if this effort succeeds it is not only Trump that will be destroyed, but perhaps our last opportunity for generations to begin a return to what our Democratic Republic was intended to be.
Donald Trump is not hated because he is conservative, or Republican. He is hated because he is an outsider. The American people decided last November to elect the one man that media did not create, money could not buy, and lobbyists could not influence. Donald Trump is not a Republican, a Democrat, a conservative or a liberal. He is however representative of the fact that Americans no longer believe the media, support politicians, or desire progressive leadership from either Party.
The current crisis we are witnessing has revealed the truth that media is partisan, both Parties are Progressive, and the people are sick to death of all of it. Once a crisis begins, the only option is survival. This imperative requires the relinquishing of comfort, and the forsaking of convention. Only the steadfast principle that truth endures while deception is fleeting will see us through this time.
Truth, like liberty, can be suppressed but it cannot be destroyed. Even if we fail in this monumental battle now, there will come a day when truth will surface once again. The Father of Lies and the enemy of our souls has tried for millennia to extinguish truth, but it endures now as solid as it ever was. And any who fall victim to his lies will share in his ultimate destruction. The end of the story has already been written. Evil and lies will lose, and Righteousness will prevail. Let us learn to cooperative with unchangeable truth now so as to avoid the fate of all who reject it.
