Senator Jess Flake (AZ) announced today that he will not seek reelection for the Senate in 2018. He is apparently disappointed that things are not going as usual in the GOP. He complained particularly about President Trump’s immigration policy, which he said was too harsh. He also believes that the President is acting Childishly for fighting back against those who oppose him and particularly against GOP Beltway Republicans who cannot yet believe that the people of America are tired of hearing them promise but not perform as conservatives. With the departure of Flake, Corker (TN), and other establishment types, we have a chance to not only take out vulnerable Democrats, but replace GOP Promise Breakers. Sounds like 2018 is shaping up to be at good year for the people.
